In 2016, working closely with pupils and staff of the Emmbrook Infant and Junior Schools, we undertook a project to improve the appearance of the grassed-over area of Corfield Green, by involving the pupils in a planting project. Since then we have had several refreshes of the beds, often with the help of the schools, and funded by the ERA. Our last refresh was in 2025, and we continue to attend to the beds each year.
